Terms & Conditions

1. I agree that I will not tell anybody else my username or password
2. All copyright remains with the author - Heidi Walsh
3. I agree to make sure that the copyright information remains clearly displayed on all material
4. I agree that any extracts will be clearly marked with the copyright information
5. I agree to let the webmaster know (by email) what I use any material that I print for, and if I give copies to anyone, who and why. (This applies to people who use the material for patients/students/clients/training purposes - not to copies given to the odd friend, but you must pass on the same restrictions to them).
6. I agree that these restrictions will be passed on to anyone who is given a copy of any material

I hope that these conditions are not too bad - I simply want to know when, where, and who by, my material is being used.
